Our Hygienists
Our thorough, gentle, knowledgeable hygiene team! Mackenzie (L) has been in hygiene for a decade and is so friendly and kind. Kylie (M) has a masters in dental hygiene and is an Ellensburg local. Carla (R) had been with Big Country Family Dental for forty years but has recently retired. Rachel (not pictured) will be taking over her patients!

Meet Dr. Sarah

Dr. Sarah brings a unique blend of advanced training, clinical excellence, and heartfelt compassion to every patient she treats. A proud graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Sarah is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve long-lasting oral health through a personalized, minimally invasive approach.
Advanced Training & Expertise
As a general dentist, Dr. Sarah has pursued advanced coursework in periodontology, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and dental photography, building a strong foundation in both the health of the gums and the restoration of teeth. Her ongoing education reflects her dedication to excellence and her deep understanding of the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
In addition to her dental degree, Dr. Sarah has completed numerous continuing education courses in:
Oral surgery
Dental implant placement
Full-mouth reconstruction
Invisalign clear aligner therapy
She has trained under some of the leading cosmetic dentists in Washington State, refining her skills in esthetic dentistry to provide patients with smiles that are as beautiful as they are healthy.
Her clinical training also includes moderate oral sedation certification, allowing her to offer safe, comfortable care for patients who experience anxiety or require more complex procedures.
Her Path to Dentistry
Early in her career, Dr. Sarah considered pursuing oral and maxillofacial surgery through a combined MD path and completed Step 1 of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination before deciding to focus her career on family and restorative dentistry.
